Under the guidance of the Trimble Office of Data Protection, Trimble Cloud ensures each of its core services remains GDPR and CCPA compliant. We have ensured that data are not retained for longer than is strictly necessary.

Trimble Cloud provides a common User Profile page for Trimble Identity users. This provides B2C customers with a self-service way to “request to be forgotten”.

Trimble Cloud is following the guidance of the Office of Data Protection. GDPR and CCPA are the two laws Trimble is currently acting on. Please notify the ODP if you think other data residency requirements should be handled by Trimble.
With Trimble ID, users can select their data region where their Trimble ID information is stored, and applications can retrieve the users’ data storage region preference from id and access tokens.
NOTE: By default, all new Trimble ID accounts are set to store data in the US region.
