Service StatusService Level Agreements (SLAs) for Uptime
Valid through 2025 Trimble will use commercially reasonable efforts to make Trimble Cloud Core Platform services available with an uptime of 99.9%.
Exclusions
The calculation of uptime will not include unavailability to the extent due to: (a) use of the service in a manner not authorized or applicable service documentation; (b) general Internet problems, force majeure events or other factors outside of Trimble’s reasonable control; (c) Customer’s equipment, software, network connections or other infrastructure; (d) third party systems, acts or omissions; or (e) Trimble’s Scheduled Maintenance or reasonable emergency maintenance:
- Trimble Cloud Core Platform will provide 2 weeks advanced notification for planned maintenance including downtime in the Production environment.
