Overview of Data Ocean

Trimble Data Ocean is a centralized data lake, or cloud object storage system. Businesses use Data Ocean for storing, organizing, and accessing unstructured and structured data. The service provides Trimble applications with a secure, reliable, and flexible file management solution.

Data Ocean integrates with other Trimble cloud services, including Trimble Identity v3 and Processing Framework. It supports anonymous and restricted (via signed URL) file access, directory organization, regional replication, customizable URL duration, filesets, and file versioning.
