Trimble Profiles Developer Guide

Use Profiles (formerly called “Access Management”) to manage Trimble resources like users, accounts, or assets, and control access to these resources. Profiles provides a structured data model that defines business concepts and resources and their relationships with each other.

Profiles addresses common challenges when it comes to the Trimble Connect and Scale vision:

• Common resource definitions among all Trimble resources

• Describing connections between resources

• Profiles works hand-in-hand with AuthZ to establish access policies among resources.
