Access our support portal from our Support page. Use the keyword SDK in the Impacted Service when you raise an incident/service request in the Trimble Cloud Support Portal to quickly expedite the triage.

For the best results, include as much of the following information as possible in the ticket:

  • Application Name
  • Priority/Impact/Urgency/Severity
  • How many customers are affected?
  • How frequently is the issue occurring?
  • Environment (STG/PROD)
  • Steps to Reproduce
