Overview of Account Service
Trimble Account Service—aka Customer Data Hub (CDH) or Account Master—acts as Trimble’s single source of truth for customer account information. Account Service integrates with Trimble business systems such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Using unique account IDs, data is centrally managed, and customer attributes can be used across all of Trimble. Account Service provides the customer account entity that is used within Trimble Entitlement Management System (EMS) for entitlement and license management. Trimble Identity users can be linked to accounts and roles within Account Service.
