Schema attributes

Below are attributes in the schema used to create a basic account in Trimble Account Service. For more specific, please see the API Definition.

  • ID

    The UUID of an account.

  • Name

    Name used to identify an account (Organization or User).

  • Type

    Type refers to the type of account being created. The values can include: Organization, Individual, and Enterprise. The recommended volume for each type of account can vary by product. Examples: Individual = 1, Organization = 2 or more, Enterprise is more than 50.

  • B2B

    This defines the type of relationship Trimble has with the user. Values are: Customer, Distributor, Reseller, and Dealer.

  • ownersEmail

    This value is the email of the user who created the account. This is the account owner in Account Management Portal (AMP). For organizations, this is the purchasing email and maybe different than the administrator and end-user emails.

  • PhoneNumber

    Phone Number of the user who created the account.

  • Sites

    This represents the physical address of an end-user or organization’s place of business.

  • sourceSystems

    Source System reference of accounts. It’s a comma-separated value. Example: EP:1234, EBS:3456.
