Access our support portal from our Support page. Use the keyword Utilities in the Impacted Service, then Transactional Email when you raise an incident/service request in the Trimble Cloud Support Portal to quickly expedite the triage.
For the best results include as much of the following information as possible in the ticket:
- Application Name
- Priority/Impact/Urgency/Severity
- How many customers are affected?
- How frequently is the issue occurring?
- Environment (STG/PROD)
- Steps to Reproduce
