Geo-Isolation

Geo-isolation is now referred to as data residency.

When you deploy an API in API Cloud, your API is published across multiple regions supported by the API Gateway. Due to privacy and data sovereignty regulations aimed at protecting PII data, you can decide to keep data within a nation’s borders or region (For example: Europe). Geo-isolation enables publishers to publish their APIs on gateways in a specific region.

Currently, the API Cloud supports only Ireland (EU-West) region for Geo-isolation. Geo-Isolation is available on Prod environment only.
