Automate publishing through CI/CD
API Cloud enables you to integrate your publishing process or automate your works without having to use Trimble Cloud Console. API Cloud provides you with API calls to download templates (XML files) that helps you configure API publishing settings. After configuring these files and uploading them back for integration, you can to configure your build process in your continuous integration server (For example, Jenkins) and have them uploaded to the respective environment directly.
The prerequisite for using the CI/CD Workflow are

Register your application as a Service Application in Cloud Console.
The API Cloud Management API product is available only on the Prod environment.
Advanced users can login using the above ways and register a “Service Application”. They can then subscribe their application to the API Product “API Cloud Management” in the Trimble Developer Marketplace.
