Client-side configuration overview

In the subsequent sections, we will see how to set up and configure the one-way TLS or mutual TLS from the client end.

In a one way TLS connection, the client certificate must be uploaded to the API Cloud Truststore. In a mutual TLS connection, the client verifies the server certificates and server verifies the client certificates. Hence, the client certificate must be uploaded to the Truststore and the server (API Cloud) certificate to be downloaded and uploaded to the keystore.
