DX Trials service

DX Trials services is designed to streamline the process of initiating and managing trial offerings, subscriptions, and general signups.

Trials Service minimizes integration effort by providing a single integration point for product teams while ensuring a smooth user journey — from signup to entitlement creation and onboarding — across MXP, TID, EMSv4, and Marketing systems.

Key systems:

  • MXP (Marketing eXperience Platform): Hosts the trial signup pages and handles TID sign-in and form submission.

  • TID (Trimble Identity): Manages user authentication and profile data.

  • EMSv4 (Entitlement Management Service): Connects MXP to accounts/profiles to checks eligibility, creates entitlements, and manages account creation or assignment and stores all trial entitlements.

  • Admin Console / My Products: Allows customers to view and manage licensed products (though purchasing from these pages is future work).

  • Marketing Automation: (Marketo → Salesforce transition) manages user engagement, transactional emails, and opt-in marketing consent.
