ACK/NACK: batch ID

Every event is wrapped inside a batch, a batch may have one or more events. Each batch should be identified with unique ID and so is the events present in the batch. If a batch successfully reaches the events system, a batch ID is returned to the publisher in a callback function. See SDK for more details.
