Store event schema

Publishers should store the schema of the content published as part of the data field of the payload for a specific event name and data version using the exposed Events Registry Data APIs. Consumers can retrieve the schema of the content published as part of the data field in the payload for a specific namespace, event, and data version.

If the event is present in multiple regions, the publisher can store the schema in all the available regions.
