High Availability

Trimble Identity utilizes an automated high availability failover measure to help reduce the impacts of service outages. This feature provides redundancy in the event of a failure by transferring the workload from Trimble Identity’s primary API gateway to a secondary API gateway to ensure minimal disruption.

In the event of a service outage, this switch will be initiated within under 90 seconds to reduce downtime.
