Transactional emails sent by Trimble Identity
Below is a list of emails sent by Trimble Identity and the conditions under which they will be sent.
The emails sent will be in the user’s selected language, and if no language preference is selected, Trimble Identity will honor the user’s browser language. If no language information is available, emails will be sent in English. For more information, please refer to Internationalization.
The Account Creation email will prioritize the user’s browser language first since a language preference has not been selected before it is sent.
As always, please have users check their inbox, spam, and junk folders before requesting an email be resent to their inbox. Emails will be sent from no-reply@account.trimble.com
Emails are sent when:
- An account has been created.
- The user has updated their password.
- The user has initiated deletion by selecting Delete your Trimble Identity account from the user profile page.
- Deletion has been verified, and the account has been removed from the system.
- The user has updated their email address.
- User has added/removed passkey from user profile page
