Create consumer groups

Consumer Groups enable multiple independent consumption of events from topics.

Prerequisites:

• Activate a group in Trimble IoT using the Groups API.
• Activate a device in Trimble IoT using the Devices API
• Create a route in Trimble IoT using the Rules API.
