Use updated Apple ID with Trimble Identity
When users use the Sign In with Apple feature to sign into Trimble Identity, by default Trimble Identity uses the user’s Apple ID to create a new account.
If the Apple ID is changed by the user, users will receive an error message. Apple will not recognize the updated ID with the applications or websites that uses Apple ID for sign in. The Trimble ID tagged with the old Apple ID must be removed to correct this.
To remove Trimble app from an Apple account:

Sign in to the updated Apple ID account page.

Go to the Security section, then go to Apps & Websites using Apple ID.

Select Manage.

Select App Id for Identity.

To stop using the earlier Apple ID with Identity, select Stop Using Apple ID and then select Stop Using.

When users stop using their Apple ID with Identity app, they will be signed out of the Identity on that device.

When signing in to Trimble Identity with an updated Apple ID, Identity will treat this as a new user account. It will take end-users through the same flow as explained in this section.
