Use cases

Entitlement v3 consists of three major parts to manage licenses: fulfillment, management, and enforcement.

• Fulfillment connects users with their purchased products

• License management processes include adding and removing users, activations, and license enforcement

• Entitlement v3 catalogs the activations, assignments, and usage for existing customers

Note: To ensure all integrations are kept in sync, transactions done for Entitlement v3 should be initiated through TPaaS APIs. Please do not go through the standard Entitlement v3 UI.
