Q: How can I find a SKU set up in the Entitlement system?
A: The easiest way to find the SKUs that have been set up is to search for Entitlement using the Search Entitlement API call.
Q: The SKU I’m looking for is not present/hasn’t been set up. Where do I go next?
A: If you have searched for your SKU and have found it missing, please make sure you check for spelling errors or typos. If you have confirmed the SKU you want does not exist, we recommend having someone responsible for setting up the SKUs in the system reach out to the Engagement team via their EMS Part Request Template.
