Submit a support ticket

Submit a ticket through the support page above.

For the best results, include as much of the following information as possible in the ticket:

  • Application Name
  • Priority/Impact/Severity
  • How many customers are affected?
  • How frequently is the issue occurring?
  • Environment you are working in (IE: STG or PROD)
  • TPAAS-ID or TCP-ID
  • Time zone in UTC/IST
  • Steps to reproduce
  • API or cURL request used
  • Response headers, body, and codes received
  • Screenshots of errors, calls, or requests

Service Status

To check for service outages, go to the Trimble Cloud Status Page. This covers both partial and major outages and includes incident status notices and root cause analyses.
